NJPC Terms of Service

1. Plans and 30-day cycles

Your plan sets your rate per unit and the minimum number of units per cycle. A cycle is 30 days long. Your first cycle starts on the day NJPC activates your account, and cycles renew automatically.

Every sellable unit we ship out for you is billed at your plan rate. A bundle, such as a bundle of 3, counts as one unit. Prep work such as bundling, bubble wrap, polybags and shipping boxes is billed as additional charges.

2. Plan minimum and shortcomings

If fewer units than your plan minimum are shipped out in a cycle, a plan shortcoming is invoiced after the cycle ends. You pay the cheaper of: (a) the price of the plan tier you actually reached, less what you were already charged, or (b) the missing units at your plan rate.

If fewer units than the lowest plan's minimum are shipped out, the shortcoming brings the cycle up to the monthly minimum charge for your category: the lowest plan's minimum units × its rate. At today's prices that is $95.00 for Wholesale and $125.00 for Online Arbitrage. This applies from your first cycle.

3. Invoices and payment

Invoices are due by the date shown on each invoice. You can pay online by card through the portal or from the invoice email. A 3% card processing fee is added at checkout. For other payment methods, such as ACH, please contact NJPC.

4. Sending us your products

Label every box with your suite number, and declare each package's tracking number in the portal before it arrives.

We inspect every package on arrival and record good, damaged and missing units, with a note you can see in the portal. Damaged and missing units are reviewed case by case.

5. Changes

NJPC may update its prices and these terms. Price changes never change invoices that were already issued. When these terms change, the portal shows the new version and may ask you to accept it.
